I am rejecting this response because: it doesn't respond specifically to
the complaintI don't understand how this meets the criteria as a responseMy complaint was very lengthy and detailed*** didn't respond to any of itThis man (***) cried in our house because as he admitted, his crew messed it up so badlyThe last time I spoke to him was on a TuesdayHe said that job would be done by ThursdayWe called, it still wasn't completedHe then said it would be done Saturday and when I arrived to my house that Sunday it STILL wasn't finishedAgain, when I kicked them out I found drugs in my homeThere was obviously something going on in my home (that was not painted in the 8-as stated in the contract) and he couldn't supervise his crew because he was too far away in San AntonioAlso, his crew leader, *** was a horrible liar and we established that via e-mail with ***He even did some work for us for free because of what *** had done (and because my $1,earrings went missing)He had a bond to cover DAMAGE and an unfinished job that I have documented and he refuses to share that information with meIsn't this something that an A+ business as rated through the Revdex.com should do? Our insurance company documented $50,worth of damageThat still does not cover the $4,we have paid to repair and paint the doorsWe will also be paying $to repaint the trim once the floors get replacedInsurance also did not cover our $hotel bill that *** promised to payAnd, we need to move out of our home again when our floors get replaced for daysAll of this costs moneyWe are out over $10,from this paint jobOur loss would be much smaller if *** could make a claim through his bondWhy is it so hard for someone to do the right thing and to own up to their mistakes?
