Laura G*** (“G***”) since January of *** was in the process of building a home and applied for a residential mortgage loan with FairwayNegotiations with the builder took several monthsG*** kept in touch with *** throughout the entire months process, working around ***’s work schedule to best accommodate her needsContract terms and the sales price have changes several timesG*** always followed up with *** to make sure G*** could qualify for the right residential home mortgage program that would best suit her financial situation and one she could affordLoan officers are prohibited from steering a customer into one product or another; G*** would make the same commission regardless of the type or term of the loan.Unfortunately throughout the lengthy process of construction ***’s circumstances have changed, and she no longer qualified for a loan for reasons that we cannot discuss without violating ***’s privacyG*** has reached out to *** to notify her of the underwriting decision and explained the reasons immediately.Fairway understands ***’s frustration with her inability to qualify for a residential mortgage loan at this timeWe do hope we can assist her with her residential mortgage loan needs in the near future.Should you have any further questions regarding this matter, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me, Maya K*** at ###-###-#### or ***

This Fairway loan is subserviced by *** FSB dba Central Loan Administration & Reporting (“***”). According to our records, the property in question had a legal description with two tax parcel numbers, but only one tax parcel was originally on record at ***Mr*** faxed the
information for the second tax parcel to Fairway, which was sent to the Servicing Department and posted to ***Once both tax lines were of record, a shortage in the escrow account was forwarded from Fairway to *** and the escrow analysis was updated by *** and sent to Mr***. Fairway has contacted Mr*** separately to address his concerns and explained the escrow analysis with him, including that no shortage would be paid by himThis matter has been resolved to the customer’s satisfaction and we do not anticipate any additional follwill be necessary

This letter is in response to a Revdex.com (hereinafter “Revdex.com”) complaint received from a customer Tosha M [redacted] (hereinafter “[redacted]”) concerning Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation (hereinafter “Fairway”).Ms. [redacted] has requested Fairway’s assistance in obtaining a MCC certificate...

form the [redacted] (hereinafter “Housing Commission”). Fairway strives to provide an unsurpassed customer service to our clients and has agreed to work as a liaison between Ms. [redacted] the Housing Commission in collecting and submitting proper paperwork in order to obtain the certificate. Fairway was not aware of the amount of time such transaction may take with the State. We have tried to stay in contact with Ms. [redacted] throughout the process and were not aware of her concerns till the receipt of this letter.Upon learning of her complaint to Revdex.com, we reached back out to Ms. [redacted] and continued regular communication.
