Review: We called Tate locksmith to open our 99 land rover discovery 2 on Sunday, January 11, 2015 at [redacted] outside of the [redacted]. We sat outside from 1:15pm- 2:26pm and my fiance helped guide him with either telling him where to push open the door lock (on the panel ) or help guide with opening up the door handle. The doors or locks did not open!! His tools scratch the dash and the paint on the door. We told him we had to leave and he stopped working. We still had to pay the $50 for nothing!!!!! The full amount for nothing! We got our door open today (1/12/15) with [redacted] and paid $80. [redacted] also stated that if the doors doesn't open they will not charge!Desired Settlement: Would like a refund for not opening the doors.
