Tate's Auto Center of Gallup Service Manager contacted customer [redacted] on 10-31-and verified her concerns Tate's asked for repair opportunity Ms [redacted] indicated that she was in Queen Creek Arizona visiting her son and would be back 'next week' and was willing to allow Tate's to inspect the vehicle and possible repair opportunity She was given the cell phone number of the Service Manager so she could let Tate's know when she had returned from her trip and could bring her vehicle in to Tate's for inspection
