[redacted] came into our High Point location on December 19, 2015.
She requested that we check her tire for a leak in the tire. We checked the tire and upon replacing the center cap of the wheel, an employee broke the center cap. We let...

Mrs. [redacted] know that we broke it and would replace it. Will D[redacted], the store manager, called 5-6 different places that day including the dealership and none of the vendors had access to the center cap due to Mrs. [redacted] having aftermarket rims. [redacted] was the vendor that ordered one.
They gave us a tracking number for it as well and we relayed that tracking number to the customer. After approximately one week, the tracking number was no longer moving and we called [redacted] to try to figure out what was happening. Through several days of calling back and forth they finally got a center cap to us for the correct rim but it was unfortunately the wrong size. [redacted] apologized to us repeatedly and referred us to [redacted] based out of Charlotte, NC. They had to order the cap factory direct and we received it with-in 2-3 business days. Mark A[redacted], our VP of Operations personally called Mrs. [redacted] and told her that we would bring the cap directly to her that way there was no more inconvenience than there had to be. Mark had Will D[redacted] go to the doctor's office where Mrs. [redacted] was and put the center cap on in the parking lot.
We believed that the situation was resolved. We were at fault for accidentally breaking a center cap and we replaced that center cap with no questions or arguments from us. At this time, I do not understand what else Mrs. [redacted] is expecting from our Company. We never drug our feet with this situation and did our best to resolve the situation and even gave her a free VIP car wash in which she has used since this claim.
Please let me know if anything else is needed from us in this matter.
