I am rejecting this response because:I have contacted my bank and they have no record of any deposit being made from the merchant and there are no pending transactionsThis merchant has NOT responded to any of my emailsIt's ridiculous they are using the excuse that their responses were most likely in my junk folder as it's obvious I would be checking that considering they owe me moneyMy bank is now disputing the charge and is having their claims department investigate this business furtherThe banker I spoke with said there is no way to track any transactions with transaction ID and that the number they created is most likely fraudulentIn my initial complaint I attached the email thread that showed multiple attempts to contact them and documents that they have not respondedMy other friends will also be making formal complaints with their banks as well as sending complaints to you as they were also promised refunds and have made numerous attempts to contact this company, with no response

My bank is now disputing the charge and is having their claims department investigate this business further. The banker I spoke with said there is no way to track any transactions with transaction ID and that the number they created is most likely fraudulent. My other friends will also be making formal complaints with their banks as well as sending complaints to you as they were also promised refunds and have made numerous attempts to contact this company, with no response.
