I am rejecting this response because: I told the chiropractor's office that I had recently received x-rays from another chiropractic office in the same year and they wouldn't be covered by my insuranceThe office said they checked my insurance and they wereI told them I did not want a second set of medically unnecessary x-rays done when I had not been examined or diagnosedI argued with the staff but was not heardI feel that I was pressured into medically unnecessary x-rays when all I wanted was an adjustmentSince I'm not brand new to Chiropractic care, I know that many offices will give you a quick adjustment before ordering costly treatmentsAs a new patient at [redacted] , I wasn't aware of all I would be billed for and feel my first visit was a scam to get moneyI would like the account balance clearedI refuse to pay for bad service, cancelled appointments by the doctor and medically unnecessary x-rays and office Visit fees
