I contacted Chandler S of Tatton B hats back in September of 2019 , I asked him if he made custom western hats and if he could make the hat just like the one I have in a different color.
He said he could, I took the trip to Utah met with him in store brought my hat.
At that time he showed me different material and trim and he measured and took pictures of my hat.
We settled on a price and I paid him in full, I was told it would take 5 weeks in December I still had not heard from him, And then after numerous calls he called back and said he was shipping the hat.
He sent a picture I told him the hat looked shorter than my hat. He said if it was he would refund my money. I received the hat it was not what I ordered it was instead a hat that had been on display in his shop he had just put a new hat band in it. I sent the hat back in December and he refused to refund my money and refuses to call. His office person is stating he will not return all my money and wants to minus 250.00 for measurements but he is the one who measured the hat.
He is very unprofessional and has done this to numerous people I'm finding out.
You should remove this!! you are pushing information that is not true!!!!!
We make custom hats, they take time...
This person has changed his mind and not willing to allow us to do our jobs...
We have refunded him and will not do business with him.
I have copies of the check and mailing statement but see here that you work with trolls more the business owners and therefore I will never be a member of the Revdex.com

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Business called a couple days after filing complaint , Business owner cussed me out calling me every cursed name in the book. He tried to bully me to send an email before he would send my refund , I refused and told him I would take him to small claims court and leave bad reviews and hung up on him when he continued to cuss me out.I did receive a refund check the other day after waiting seven months for this to be resolved.I appreciate all your help on getting this resolved.
