To Whom it May Concern,                 We are writing in response to a complaint recently filed by [redacted] about her tattoo service with us [Revdex.com Complaint ID: [redacted] Our clients' satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us here at...

Tattoo Candy.  [redacted] claims to have repeatedly contacted us, demanding her money back.  First of all, we would like to say that the first we heard about [redacted] dissatisfaction was in her [redacted] review that we received on November 11, 2015. The employee she refers to, Allie [redacted], has not worked in this shop for over a year and eight months. Allie [redacted] was actually terminated due to her negligence with our clients.  [redacted] Revdex.com complaint claims that she got her tattoo in May of this year, but Allie [redacted] was not working here then. We found the paperwork (attached) that she filled out and signed the day she got her tattoo, which was March 29, 2013.  In the year and eight months since, no one here has heard from Ms.  [redacted] She claims to have tried to speak with us multiple times, but no one has any recollection of her attempts. Tattoo Candy takes complaints very seriously, because our business thrives on word-of-mouth advertising.  If we had heard from her, we would have done everything in our power then to make sure her issues were addressed and resolved. As a courtesy to all of our customers, we offer free touch-ups of our tattoos within a year. Had she contacted us soon after she received her tattoo, it would have been no problem to fix what was wrong.  Fixing her tattoo to her satisfaction is still no problem.  [redacted] has made an appointment for a consultation with our top artist, [redacted] to sit down and talk about what can be done to fix and cover her tattoo on December 4th.  After the consultation, [redacted] will begin the process of making sure that Ms.  Baumann is completely happy, if not in love with her new tattoo. The tattoo will also be done at no cost to Ms. [redacted]               With that being said, we are going out of our way to make [redacted] happy.  Each client, as required by law, fills out paperwork prior to receiving any service from Tattoo Candy.  In the paperwork, the client is clearly informed that “While a tattoo may only take a few minutes to acquire, it’s permanent.  You understand the risks and research the process before getting a tattoo.”  Ms.  Baumann signed said paperwork, and did not research whether or not Allie [redacted]’s art was to her taste. Instead, she waited a year and eight months to complain to the Revdex.com, [redacted], and Tattoo Candy.  Even though it is required by Tattoo Candy to get any touch ups or adjustments within a year, we still are giving Ms.  Baumann a free, brand new tattoo.  [redacted] will provide a detailed, full color sketch before the tattoo is applied, so [redacted] will have complete understanding of what her new tattoo will look like.               Of course our original intention is for every client to leave the studio happy, but we did not know about her dissatisfaction until recently.  We are doing everything in our power to gain Ms.  [redacted] trust and loyal patronage again.  Upon [redacted]'s satisfaction, she has said that she will change her [redacted] review, and more importantly, write another letter to the Revdex.com.  The letter will state that she is perfectly happy with her new tattoo.  This is what we hope to accomplish.                 If there are any other questions we can answer, we will be more than happy to help.
