Review: On July **, 2013 I received a tattoo from this business. Several days after as the tattoo began healing, I noticed that I had been cut, and that I was bruised, bleeding, and my tattoo was leaking puss. I contacted the artist who did the work several days after, and she insinuated that my aftercare was the reason for this issue. This however is my 22nd tattoo, and I know how to take care of them effectively. I have photos that clearly show that I was cut while the tattoo was being completed. I also have pictures showing that in the places I was cut, there is no ink. This led to me visiting the shop on October *, 2013. When I went to the shop I was told I would have to pay for the touch up. The artist whose name is [redacted] said she never received the picture of my injuries, yet in subsequent messages she told me she did receive the picture, but that it was past 30 days and I would have to pay for the touch up. [redacted] also stated that at the time of the tattoo I was told I needed to contact her within 15 days to discuss any issues, this however did not occur. It has been less than three months since I had this work done, and the shop told me it was my fault because I did not come back within 30 days, yet it would have been impossible to do this when the tattoo has just now finally finished healing, and I am seriously bothered by the fact that they are hiding behind their 30 day policy when it is clear that they injured me while conducting their business. Business also blocked me from being able to leave a negative review on their page, which I also have documentation of.Desired Settlement: Since the shop refuses to fix their work, without me paying again, I would either like my money back, or for them to provide the money it will cost to have someone else fix it properly. I would not trust this shop to touch my skin again.
