I had three pediatric dental appointments for my children at DrBui's office on July 14, One week prior to the visit, the office called to verify insurance (we have been patients for years)I requested that I be contacted with any insurance concerns or changes before bringing the children in to the officeI received no callWe arrived to the appointments and were told that DrBui was now out of network for our insuranceI said I specifically asked to be notified via phone PRIOR to our appointments about any insurance changesHow much would this cost me to stay for the appointments? I was told $for all three childrenI also asked if there would be any additional charges and was told "no, there shouldn't be." I said please only do a cleaning, no Xrays or extra servicesI paid the $81.00, the children went to the back for their appointments and I did not schedule the next month appointment as we would find a different dentist that was in networkA few weeks later
