[redacted] has been a customer of mine since and I’m troubled that after we have had a positive history she felt the need to file a complaint with the Revdex.com For the service call mentioned, I charged $per hour and performed multiple tasks, replaced internal toilet parts, removed front light fixture to replace the bulbs and cleanI attempted to install the toilet seat [redacted] purchased but as stated it was not the correct size [redacted] had left a key for me for this service call as historically she had done so in the pastI advised her she would need to purchase the correct seat but that I would install it at no additional chargeArriving on the agreed upon day, albeit a couple of hours early, I found she had not left the key as promisedI contacted [redacted] to advise her of this and that because it would now be the 3rd attempt to install the toilet seat I would need to charge her for additional time as the initial $was for services rendered and I was trying to be accommodating to herAt this point she shared with my some unfortunate personal information via text that I was not comfortable with and decided I did not want to insert myself into a potential situation and requested that she find another contractorI have a record of the text messages should they be required to address the compliant, but again because of the sensitivity I would like to leave the matter closedI believe [redacted] received services for the $and do not feel a refund is justified
