I was planning on getting braces from this company, but the orthodontist Dr G [redacted] told me I needed to see their company Periodontist Dr M [redacted] first, because I have a gap between some teeth (hints why I wanted braces) and it had caused my gums to recede and he wanted to know if they were healthy enough for braces So I scheduled another appointment to see the Periodontist and he ended up telling me that I needed to get a connective tissue graft and frenectomy BEFORE getting braces So I did I paid well over a thousand dollars on the surgery and weeks of absolute pain After healing up, I had new insurance and so I had to search out a new dentist and orthodontist Both of these doctors (they are not affiliated) told me that the Periodontist was wrong and that I shouldn't of had the surgery done until AFTER completing braces They also told me I would need to have it done again, as soon as my braces were taken off, so the gums wouldn't recede again Obviously this is upsetting news, since I just had the surgery done less than a year ago and just finished paying it off So I called them to find out whats going on The office manager Jamie (who had no idea what she was doing) listened to what I said and then put me on hold for minutes She came back on and immediately said I had to call a different office, where I originally met with their Periodontist, because they were the ones liable So I called and the number was disconnected So I looked it up online and found a second number that was also out of order So I called back Tatum Smiles and they sent my call to a voicemail after rings (during business hours) So I called again, and this time the Regional Manager Jeff answered and basically told me that because I didn't get braces from them, they couldn't help me He said he was trying to help me over and over, but then kept saying that I shouldn't have left their company At this point I demanded the number for corporate, but he refused saying he wasn't going to give it out So basically this company screwed me out of well over a thousand dollars and now is refusing to help me, because I got my braces with a different orthodontist

So basically this company screwed me out of well over a thousand dollars and now is refusing to help me, because I got my braces with a different orthodontist.

Will not work with dental discount plan's I paid cash for a procedure and then found out I had a discount plan they wouldn't work with me to reimburse me plus they over charged me
