I have received this complaint against our company I am responding to this to let the Revdex.com know that [redacted] ***'s deposit was returned in the amount of $1, He was contacting the office for Tauber Properties which is located at ** [redacted] Our office is Tauber Real Estate which is unaffiliated with Tauber Properties and is located at [redacted] After review of his account, [redacted] was entitled to $1,(as he had unpaid rent due on his account) which was returned to him by check on or about July **, That check has been cashed and this situation has been resolved Please confirm receipt of this e-mail and please let me know if you need anything else in order to close this inquiry Thanks, [redacted]

After review of his account, [redacted] was entitled to $1,250.00 (as he had unpaid rent due on his account) which was returned to him by check on or about July **, 2014.  That check has been cashed and this situation has been resolved.

Review: I moved out of the apartment I rented through Tauber Real Estate on 8/**/12. The apartment was [redacted]. The security deposit of $2,500 was never returned. I have made countless calls to Tauber Real Estate and spoke to [redacted]'s assistant, [redacted], to request payment of the security deposit. I have emailed [redacted]) on multiple times requesting the status of the security deposit. I even showed up at Tauber Real Estate office at [redacted] when I was back in New York. I have received zero responses from them. [redacted]'s assistant tells me that she will look into it or have [redacted] call me back, but I have received absolutely no response from them.Desired Settlement: Send me my security deposit of $2,500.
