DO NO do business with these people. Horrible customer service and terrible products. We bought mattresses from them just under a year ago. Spent thousands of dollars on fancy memory-foam mattresses (no exaggeration). The mattresses first arrived with a terrible odor problem, took about 4 months to go away. My wife was pregnant at the time, and made us sleep with the windows open in the middle of the winter it was so bad. The customer service was just awful. I kept calling about the problem, and they kept asking me to "call them back". No one ever came to the phone. Finally the smell went away, but within about 8-9 months the mattresses began to fall apart. They got so bent out of shape our sheets barely fit on them. It took me over a month to get a response when I finally did decide to call when enough was enough. After many calls, they finally sent out a driver to check out the problem. The driver showed up and told us on site that something was definitely wrong with them. When I called back the store, they kept telling me they hadn't yet spoken to the driver (at least over a month after he came to inspect). This went on for weeks, until finally they claimed they spoke to him, and that he said that the mattresses were perfectly fine. Which was a total lie. They then said that the owner of the store would come out to see inspect them himself, but that I needed to call back the following month because they were busy. I decided to wait and be patient sort of satisfied with that answer. When I finally did call back the sales rep told me that I needed to then call back the following month because they were busy again. Enough is enough. I will be suing them this month in small claims court. The bottom line is the product was terrible, and the customer service was even worse. stay very far away from this business. The couple of bucks you might save upfront will cost you a lot of sleepless nights and a ton of money in the long run. These are real scam artists. Other reviews online sort of tell the same story. Buyer beware.

Review: I bought a set of extra long full mattresses from Taubus Furniture approximately 6 years ago for almost $700. After 3 years they started to sag and get indented. My wife and I weigh less than 150lbs each. There was no reason for the sag. The label on the matressess said there was a 25 year warrantly, so 3 years ago the manufaturer came to fix it. It stayed frim for about a year and then began to sag again. We complained again to Taubus, this time however they told us to take it up with the manufaturer ([redacted]) and that they were no longer responsible. I reached out to the manufacturer several time and they told me they would get back to me but they never did. I finally emailed them. I told them my issue and they told me to send them a copy of the receipt and I did. Then they told me the warranty was prorated and that it would be $350 per set to exchange. The way I saw it if I paid $693 for both, a prorated value ($28/year for 25 years) left me with $554 left after 6 years. Then they said I needed to include $150 for shipping. I said great, if I have $554 left then $350 can go towards a new matress + $150 for shipping, that leaves me with $54 which can be used to remove the old ones.

Comfort Bedding did not say no, instead they said the prorated price goes on their price and not the store price which lead my to believe that if the numbers were still close that they would do right and were amiable for an exchange. They also asked for pictures to confirm which to me meant that upon confirmation that would solidify the exchange. After I sent the pictures, Comfort Bedding ([redacted]) says he can exchange for $500. I had no clue where he was getting these numbers from, so I called them.

[redacted] proceeded to tell me that he would not exchange it and that if I wanted to fix it it would be a minimum of $250 to fix plus shipping back and forth to the store. I was flabbergahsted. I asked what about the warranty. He said the warranty is a big joke. I could believe what I was hearing. He also proceeded to tell me that the fact that I have had it for over 5 years that I got my monies work. He then proceeded to tell me not to waste his time with emails or phone calls anymore.

I got ripped off and they are not standing behind there product. Its a big joke.Desired Settlement: All I wanted was one new twin matress from them which was less than half of the value of the current warranty
