On June 26,2013 I purchased a lifetime whitening kit from this establishment. I was molded that same day and was told that I should be receiving the kit within two weeks. I never received a phone call or delivery until two weeks prior to my 6mth follow-up in December. They contacted me and said that my order was finally in and waiting for me. I told them I would pick up when I went to my appointment on December 18 2013. When I arrived at my appointment I was told that they no longer had MY product that I had been waiting for almost 6 months that they had given it to another customer. [redacted] was extremely rude when talking to me and told me that they would send the kit to my house. I never received an apology. On the week of January 20, 2014 I called and left a message a week later they returned my phone call. I asked them where my kit was and they told me they had sent it out that week. I expressed how upset I was and that if I didn't receive it within the week I wanted my refund. [redacted] was again extremely rude, never apologized. It is now Feb. 12, 2014 and I still have not received my kit or my refund. I am very upset and will not be using this company again. I have been using this office for over 30years but since the new staff has taken over it has been one issue after another and they are extremely unprofessional.
