gathered from clients like [redacted] leave a bitter taste as well as a bad image of the person which makes it absolutely difficult to work with, trust, and cooperate with, especially when given good ideas and advice from the workers with good intentions on top of that, kindness.Generally, my work is based on references from satisfied clients who are happy with my work. They have a load of trust in getting to know me, both as responsible worker and personally.A few years back, [redacted], who is also a client, had given my details as worker to [redacted] in order to refer to me so I can do a few jobs fixing her house. With this reference made, is how I met [redacted], her husband [redacted], her mother and her [redacted]. She had given me a slightly complicated job of remodeling a bathroom inside the bedroom of her husband and son. About two years ago, she requested a budget sheet to fix and remodel her kitchen. We discussed, planned the work thoroughly. She searched modern and high quality materials with high prices, e.g. ceramics, cabinets, and wallpaper colors,Many of the drawers inside the cabinets were opening by themselves and were easly damaged. There were doors which were out of level, hanging and out of line. Cabinet doors beside the stove were completely wet and drenching with oil accumulated from frying and the vapor released from excessive amount of use, this has been accumulating for about 19 years! (Information which was given to me from [redacted] about the cabinets).It was then when I told [redacted] to seek further for other employers which would fix the jobs she needs to get done with the cabinets. - -By then, I had already advanced on the demolition of the vinyl floor, and the first base of plywood of the floor of the dining and kitchen area which is why I could not leave the work that I have already started. This is also one of the rules | work on, to never leave or abandon unfinished work that I have already started.[redacted] made me stop the work I have started on the floor in order to continue and concentrate on the cabinets. I followed the instructions she gave me.The next day, [redacted] told me I should continue working on the cabinets because she did not have money to pay another person with higher prices. Exact words from [redacted].When my workers and began to remove the polish off of the cabinets, we always had the presence of [redacted]'s brother who, like I mentioned before, was constantly intruding in the working environment telling how to do things, why do them and why not to do them, making the job uncomfortable and worse. This caused my employees to feel uncomfortable in which they told me they did not want to return to and continue the job. This caused conflict and upset me as my employees had been working with me for many years. requested to [redacted] that we have a talk about the situation to reestablish and ask for better working environments, comprehension, and more space to get on with the job in order to make the work satisfactory along with my employees,That is when I realized that [redacted] herself was in much pressure personally, professionally as well as from her family, -| listened to her problems. She told me about her life and I took the time getting to know her history and her family's history from the 10 years she has been in the country all the way back to the story of her great great grandfather, which she says was the king of Afghanistan. She On top of that, the time we had spent looking for other materials in plenty of different places - with [redacted] for prices and quality of products, paint, sealing, glues and more. For all of this, we always transported on my working van which mean I was spending out of my own time and fuel which [redacted] I did not charge extra from [redacted]. This was all requested by [redacted] approximately about a year ago, - -IN RESPONSE, ITIS COMPLETELY FALSE THAT I BROKE THE CERAMIC PIECES WHICH [redacted] CLAIMS |D|T).BUT she is true in one item; I forget pick up, all trash, ; apology for that,In the subject of the installation of the ventilation duct exhaust microwave, offered [redacted] that I do it without any charge, for free, just so we do not repeat the same problem in the future, Normally, the ducts are placed in a certain war so they are not visible, which is how placed them. But [redacted] asked me to place the ducts on the top part of the cabinets claiming that she does not mind that the ducts are visible when she opens the cabinet doors, all 50 she has more space to place her items. -I can believe she feel that all job is bad: wall paint, ceramic floor tile, cabinet paint door cabinet paint, and venting duct;At the end of the project, when all was finished, [redacted] told me personally that she did not have any funds to pay for the project. She requested that I wait until she has money and asked if there was any other way to pay. I told her that she can pay in installments. After finishing the project she insisted that I was a great person, a great friend apart from being a worker; which we know now that she contradicts herself. - -Everything including every detail mentioned in this letter is the most accurate truth, in the name of my own person, employer and personally. My employees are witnesses and agree to every word mentioned bout them in this letter as well as some of my clients whom I am always available to help them with whatever they seek to be done in their house.I have attached a few letters of support and reference to testify on the quality of my work, responsibility, and dedication as worker, a father, a friend and person.

Review: Taurus Construction delivered a total unsatisfactory work in my kitchen. Work promised to be done in 3 days, dragged for more than 7 weeks and the work is still incomplete. The contractor Mr. M[redacted] is not a reliable person. He has no respect for his time or others time. I ended up doing the cabinet painting as he is NO painter. He kept my cabinet doors for more than 5 weeks, hoping he would have worked on them all along and will be delivered dry, but on the contrary, he worked on the doors, the last day he was supposed to bring it and install it. Horrible job on the painting again. He installed door handles, which majority were crooked. I had to close the holes and drill new straight ones. He broke 18 of my 10x24 tiles as he didn't know how to install. He brought another person to do the tiles after he realized he messed up. He didn't cover the kitchen openings with plastic to prevent dust from going to other places. He did not dispose of the kitchen floor plywood and other contstruction material as it should have been taken care of by him. He drilled big holes in the wrong place inside the cabinets for installing vent pipe, despite the fact that it was discussed previously where the vent pipe should run through. I had paid him half the first day, and 4 days later, the rest, except $320.00 which he agreed to be paid after he brings the cabinets. Brought cabinets on the 7th week, and ruined. He guarantees work with total customer satisfaction..WRONG! I ended up in the hospital for 2 days due to all the stress I had gone through with him. I lost 4 days of contract work because I had to do his footwork for him. The agony, tension, disruption of lifestyle, and the tension between the family members caused by him is unacceptable! He expects to get his balance paid. I have alot more to add, but not enough space here. I will be pursuing with further action as I am still struggling to get the Kitchen fixed. An 8 page letter will be mailed to his house in the coming days.This shouldn't be tolerate!Desired Settlement: As mentioned above, further action will be pursued. He would have been fired, sued, and taken to court if he had done this to clients other than me. I believe I should be paid back at least half of my money. He will not be receiving his remaining $320.00 for the incomplete delivery of unprofessional work, where in fact, I had to redo most of the painting, and redoing the whole door handles from scratch. I have pictures to prove it as well as all the proof he needs to back up my complaint.
