When buying our house 6 years ago brand new seemed amazing, but to good to be true. With all the issues we have put so much money into, the biggest being out HVAC unit that has coast a few thousand dollars so far. First finding the units wired wrong which lead to the boards burning up (most covered under warranty) then bigger issues the following year that lead into finding we are out of warranty because the New built home had 3 year old Units installed. Now sitting here for the fourth year and our AC isn't working again along with the many other structural stuff that has gone wrong that still needs to be fixed with money we don't have makes me wish we never bought this house. New isn't always the best or at least with this house. I guess we should have really known better then the front door handle fell off the first month we moved in.
