Do not hire this company. They fail to follow instructions regarding loading and fail to load to protect property. They take no responsibility for the damage they do for loading onto a truck. We had numerous pieces and items damaged because of their inadequate and faulty loading. This company loaded extra-large boxes on small boxes, loaded heavy boxes on wardrobe boxes, loaded wood on wood pieces of furniture, and caused significant damage to even protected padded items. I watched the three men throw a king size mattress above the items near the back of the truck, causing the door not to open fully. When they placed the ABF doors on the back of the truck, the three men pushed on the doors back and forth, even after I requested they move items. This movement caused damage to the mattress, soiling the end of it. The mattress was in a protective bag at the time.

In the words of the one of the proprietors, "Are responsibility ended when we closed the doors of the ABF trailer. We didn't have control of the trailer and have it was driven to your final destination."
