Mr ***, Are work is Guaranteed, But you need to return to our shop, Once you found out the problem was under warrantee at our shop, you
should of called us, we would of towed the car to our shop and repair it at no cost to you
At the point the manufacture of the part would of gave us a new part at no cost to us and compensated us the labor to replace it
Resulting in no cost to you or us
Since you chose to have it repaired at another shop and not calling us until it had a ready been repairedThere nothing we can do for you
A simple phone call to our shop before you had the repair done could of aloud us to take care of this problem for you and we would of been glad to do that

As Miss *** stated in her comments, her car was making a squeaking noise, in an inspection of the car, we notice the Alternator was loose we tighten it and the noise went away, as she statesthere is a plastic cove on the engine, when we
stated to put it back on the car, miss *** for some reason, thought that we were loosing the alternator, we explained what we were doing and thought that she understood
She return a few day's later saying that the car had made the noise agian but was not making the noise at that time, as she states, we pull the car in and look at it but it was fine an not making any noise, she said that she wanted her money back, the manager told her that we couldn't do that as the car a peered to be fine, but if it continued, we could replace the belt and that the *** off of that bill
As for the difference in price, there were shop fees and sales tax, when she complained, we took the shop fees off which in turn took the sales tax off

No- because when I went they said that it was bolts and when I went back he said that there wasn't a problemSo why in the World would I want *** to go toward a belt when they originally stated that it was bolts and second if I did accept this offer I would want the amount that I paid which was *** So how does it go from bolts on Friday to a belt today and what belt would they replace if he's saying that it wasn't no issue????

Mr ***, you have spent $on this carFor brakes, Oil changes and other miscellaneous repairs
I don't see were you were charged
for a Transmission Diagnostics, I do see were it was recommended on 12-05-2014, But you declined it
I also see were you were told you need a Transmission Gasket on 05/08/to resolve a leak, But you declined it, Then I see were you came back on 09/14/and had it done
It looks like you have been having transmission problems for some time and it finally failed
I don't see were your having any problem with any of the work that we did I just see were you need additional work preformed on your car

You have a Chevy Impala with over 100,and it need to have the transmission rebuilt, The only thing we have ever done to the transmission is repair two leaksyou have driven it for several months and Miles knowing that you had problems and leaks

I got a diagnostic check asking what was needed for my car...they said I needed flushes and more things done ...I got them done and my car was still in the same position it was in when I brought it to them ....when they evaluated further they said I needed a side gasket and a middle pan I didn't have enough to pay for both so when I took it back and got the gasket done , the assured me that the car was fine and they test drove it ....when I drove it that night it was worse before I had my transmission gasket done....when I asked why they didn't check the transmission they stated their diagnostic doesn't check for transmissions .....when they told me it was the transmission I asked for some type of reimbursement but they gave me a number to reach the owner and the number they gave me was non operational .....I'm asking for compensation for them not fully diagnosing my car and telling me everything was OK when it wasn't and if they could tell it was the transmission gasket why couldn't they tell me it was the transmission before I got the transmission gaskets replaced

You really haven't produce any additional information that would make me change my mind, All of the work that we have provided for you, per your request, is fine and you have no complaint withYou just seem to be mad because you need additional work
My phone number has been the same since it on the wall at the shops and on your invoiceI really don't understand your point
We can't nor can anyone else tell you your car will never ever need any additional repairs, I assure you that it will
I can only stick with the fact, All the work we do has a day warrantee on parts and labor, the parts have a 1yr warrantee at the shop they were installed
