Lowes sent Taveras to repair my washing machine on Oct 16th . They told me they needed parts and it will take 3 to 5 days and I will hear from them. Waited 8 days and called them told me parts weren't in yet, I called Lowes and they expedited parts. Well still didn't hear from Taveras called Lowes on Nov 5 and they told me Taveras would be to my home on Nov 11th. On the morning of Nov 11th I called Taveras only to be told I was not on their schedule. Called Lowes Service again as I had an Email with appointment information on it and they called Taveras and was told that they would get to me by 5:00 PM that day. Well no Taveras and no call it's been almost a month without service and lugging clothes to laundromat. Would love to have a home laundry again but it isn't looking good.
