Tavern on France

I am rejecting this response because:
This is nothing new from the last responseI am aware of the denial from the insurance companyI am requesting reimbursement directly from Hemisphere

question is made with "Crab meat, Claw, Pasteurized, Cooked, Ready to Eat" product that is manufactured by Packer and distributed by US Foods.  Due to the "ready to eat" nature of this product and the fact that Tavern on France does not carry any whole and/or shell-on crab product, it was determined by Hanover Insurance that the liability did not fall on our business.  The claim has been forwarded to both Packer (manufacturer) and Us Foods (distributor).  This is not to say that Tavern on France is not actively seeking resolution on our customer's behalf.  We are awaiting a response from both Packer and US Foods. Lastly, our restaurant manager refutes the statement that any promises were made regarding what would or would not be covered.  She does state that she assured the guest that a claim would be started and that we did not take the situation lightly.  We believe that we have followed all proper channels to protect both the business and the guest.
