credited back to my account.  I had ordered a piece of equipment from a medical supply shop and after the representative called my home with her name showing on the caller ID. not the company Med shop.  The 4100.00 charge was on my card.  I called the Medshop to question why this had happened and the representative stated that she was e-mailing someone and shortly after that the charge at Truefacet was reversed. Truefacet is an internet only company so an IP address should be available.  I hope no one else is hurt by this business practice.  Thank-you for you assistance.   I did tell Truefacet I contacted the Revdex.com.     Thanks again for you quick response.
