My name is *** ***, general manager at Tavos Auto GlassI have discussed this matter thoroughly with ***Our business strives to leave all of our clients satisfied with the services we offerIt is very unfortunate that this client feels so unsatisfied with the installation of his
windshieldAfter looking over the order history, notes of installation, and notes of communication with the client, it comes to a conclusion that the correct windshield was installed and that all the necessary steps were taken to assure thatThe clients complaint has no real basis of being unsatisfactorily installed, but rather comes from the clients initial complaint that there was damage done to the vehicles cowl upon installationThe technician assigned to this job informed the clients son that was present at the time of installation of the damage to the cowl and the cause BEFORE beginning work on the installationWhen the client did check the installation after the fact he contacted our office and complained of the damage done which was explained to the client that the technician had informed his son prior to beginning work and was not caused by the installationAfter, the client called again complaining about the sensors not working and properly and stated he wanted the installation re-done*** then spoke to the client to fully understand the clients concerns and attempted to explain the way the sensors on the windshields work, but was met with not only a rude client but an aggressive client which could not be toleratedThe client was then explained that if his demeanor did not change we would not be able to continue working with him for a satisfactory outcomeThe client did not accept this comment and continued to verbally threaten and cuss at *** and said communication was terminated as a result

On behalf of the company first and foremost I do offer my sincere apologies if you feel you have not been given the appropriate attention required to the situation at handThough unfortunately, I, *** ***, the office manager and supervisor do find myself out of town until Thursday April 7,
due to personal mattersI have been informed of the situation and have looked in to the account of what has happenedI do see that the appointment was originally scheduled for March 23, but was rescheduled due to a snow storm of about inches of snowfall that hit the city of Denver as well as surrounding cities, and was rescheduled for Friday March 25, After the install was completed it does look like a complaint of an air leak was called in, and a new appointment was scheduled for Monday March 28, for a technician to check the installationWhen the technician arrived he checked the installation accordingly and saw there was no air leakage, but to be sure he resealed the windshield, unfortunately the client was not present when the technician went out to check the complaintIt is hard to understand that the condition of the air leakage has worsened considering that the technician resealed the glass with more glue, not that glue was removedWhen the client called to report that they still heard air coming in, I was out of town our call center took the appropriate steps to get me the message of the issueAs far as safety goes, I can reassure you that an air leak would not cause the glass to crack or shatterAgain I reiterate the unfortunate timing and apologize for the client feeling as though we have not wanted to contact themFrom Tuesday April 5, through Thursday April 7, the mobile technicians are unable to work due to their obligation to attend a certification programAfter April 8, I would gladly send a technician out to review/check the installation if the client agrees to a day and time that our technician can go out when the client would also be able to be present

*** *** that’s not true what she said that he spoke with my son before they are trying to wash their hands also this lady that supposed to be the manager is very disrespectful because I tried to talk to the owner & she refused to let me talk to him also that guy name *** ask me to call the dealer because he said it had to be reprogrammed again I have paperwork from dealer stating that that windshield is the wrong one, I have all that in paper not just like she says also I called several times until this person said that they were not doing nothing for me, BUT WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND it’s just karma I sure hope they just don’t keep ripping off people
