I am rejecting this response because: I DISAGREE THAT THE CAR WAS BROUGHT AS ISIF THATS THE CASE WHY WAS I TOLD I STILL HAVE A WARRANTY ON THE CAR AND IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG TO LET THEM NOTHEY FIXED THE CAR THE 1ST TIME BECAUSE IT WAS UNDER WARRANTYAND THEY SHOULD HAVE FIXED ITTO ME THATS ADVERTISING, IF I HAD NEVER HAD A PROBLEM IT WOULD STILL BE UNDER WARRANTYTHEY TRY TO ACT LIKE THERE ARE DOING ME A FAVOR WHEN FIXING THE CARALSO WHY WOULD I BE PAYING CAR NOTES ON A AS IS DEALTHE ARE FULL OF ITBELIEVE I HAVE LEARNED A LESSONWILL NEVER SHOP OR REFER ANYONE TO THEM THEY SMILE AND GRIN IN YOUR FACE AND LIE UNITIL THEY GET YOUR CASHSincerely,

We at the Pugi Automotive group take great care to make our buying process as transparent as possibleThe customer was given a price from a third party vendor who mistakenly gave the same rebate twicePugi can not be responsible for the error of a vendor Originally this customer agreed to a
price and while awaiting paperwork left the dealership and than filed a truecar quote We will send paperwork showing the agreed upon price on a bill of sale

We at Pugi Hyundai value our customers satisfaction and we have cancelled the extended warranty per the customer request

Our customers here at the Pugi Automotive Group are our first priority.  The automobile was purchased as is and shown.  We agreed to fix the first problem which was an emission fault sent it to Chevrolet dealership.  We paid for the transportation and entire repair.  Three weeks...

later another problem occurred which we could not pay for.  The car was purchased as is and shown and was something completely different than the original issue.
