Review: Tax and Business Services of VA file my 990 in 2012, then IRS send me bill for $1304.19 because they did not send 990 in on time. It was at their office Jan on 2013. I was told it went in on time. I have call Mr. [redacted] eight times since Jan.1, 2016 about this problem. He will not return my call.Desired Settlement: I need him to send [redacted]. a check for $1304.19.
