Past two years I've allowed this center to file my taxesBoth years the center failed to return to me my signed tax forms & wslipsThe first year we used this center we never received our refundI had to contact the center and he had to reissue the checkThis year we did not receive our check in a timely manner and so I contacted the preparer once againHe stated he mailed the check and I believe he reissued this check alsoCenter has been asked to please file my state taxes, which the center has not completedIRS sent notification to me about not filing, so I contacted the tax preparerThe tax preparer doesn't reply in a timely manner and sometimes doesn't reply to my texts or callsI'm waiting currently for the tax preparer to file and send me my state tax formsIt's been over three weeks and nothingWhen I texted the tax preparer about not receiving the forms, he stated he mailed them three days priorSo I waited and now it's been a week and two days since the preparer
