TAX DOCTOR PLUS

Review: In 2013:On 04/04, I contacted Tax Doctor Plus (TDP) & spoke with a (now) former female employee of their (her initials are [redacted]) & sent her an e-mail with 8 attachments of documents to prepare both my MD & Fed tax returns. On 04/05, I received a confirmation e-mail from NJC, telling me that she had received my previous e-mail & that she had just extended (the date of) my tax return, w/ no date provided.On 04/12, NJC sent me an e-mail, telling me that she had completed both of my tax returns & that I needed to sign, scan & e-mail back to her the returns & then she would send me "the voucher" after I signed. I also completed a TDP Client Evidence Sheet (3 pages) & scanned/e-mailed these pages back to NJC. Shortly thereafter, NJC e-mailed me my MD e-File Form EL101 & my IRS e-file Signature Authorization Form 8879 only (no Fed tax prep paperwork). Both of these forms were signed by NJC & another TDP employee with the initials JAF. I did everything that day & that was the last I heard from anyone at TDP.On 04/19, TDP cashed my $325 tax prep fee check.On 04/21, I e-mailed NJC, telling her I hadn't heard anything about my MD & Fed taxes being filed - no reply received.On 04/26 and 04/29, I called TDP & spoke with female w/ initial "B" & asked her to notify the owner of TDP, [redacted] Jones, about my situation.[redacted] called me back on 04/29 & left a VM msg. stating that NJC was terminated & that everyone's tax returns she worked on were not filed & he needed to personally review everyone's tax returns, & that he would get back to me, but it would take time.On 04/30, I e-mailed [redacted], telling him I got his VM msg. from last night & that I would give him time. On 06/17, I e-mailed & called [redacted], inquiring about the status of my 2 tax returns - no reply was received.On 06/24, I called [redacted]' cell phone and office # & neither are accepting any phones calls or messages.Clearly TDP took my $325 fee (theft) & did not file my taxes (fraud). TDP should be investigated.Desired Settlement: TDP needs to refund me my $325 tax prep fee because they never filed either my MD or Fed tax returns. When their employee/my tax prep person NJC was fired, it involved criminal conduct on NJC's part. I had heard that NJC stole everyone's tax prep/return paperwork that she worked on & that is why the owner of TDP, [redacted], said it would take him time to review everyone's paperwork because there was no paperwork. TDP needs to have its license revoked and TDP should be investigated & shut down.
