I sent attachments with my bank statements with the company info, also I sent a copy of the agreement that I signed with the company
Review: Program stated that they would be able to help me lower my school loan amounts by paying 199.00 for 3 months then lowering to 80/mon. to lower my amount. Three trasactions were taken from my account for the amount of 199.00 on 8/28, 9/30, and 10/28. Received a call from Federal Student Aid stating that no payments have been made and that I am in default.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the money that was taken from my account. For a total amount of 597.00
