Yes, this client does have a valid compliant. The unfortunate issue is that I hired a bookkeeper to make sure all the paperwork was kept in order. She was fired in late July and I had no idea that she took with her many of my files. I have no record of the estate sale other than from memory, and...
photos from the sale, but I do have a copy of the cashier's check and the bill of sale from the sale of the vehicle.
I will have this resolved the best way possible in the next 24 hours.

[redacted] responded to a text on October 4 stating that she would talk with her bookkeeper and get back to me I have not heard of had a response since. I was pleased with her services but am feeling as though I have been victimized in this situation. This is what I was told that the vehicle she sold was 3000.00 and the profit from the sale was 1500.00 that's a total of 4500.00. I understand that her crew worked to set up and clean up the sale. I feel that I should have been contacted by [redacted] as soon as her bookkeeper was fired. If this is the case I feel the police should be contacted. My mother didn't have much but the fact that there is no record of the sale of the car or the estate I feel like I have been victimized. The contract was with me for services with my mother. I have been reaching out to [redacted] for 5 months and I am not satisfied at this time that the issue is resolved. [redacted] owes me money and a letter for my mothers accountant so that her taxes for year end can be completed.
