I was inquiring about a amendment for my tax return for 2017 and the guy that I was talking to was Landon and he told me how much it cost and when he would be available to do it. I returned to Tax Pro and paid for my amendment. I tried calling Tax Pro from last tax season to presently. I decided to stop pass Tax Pro this income tax season and spoke with a lady named Kenntai and she posed as the manager and I told her what the situation was and she said that she would call her supervisor and promised that he would resolve the matter that Friday when he come from Atlanta office. Kenntai also gave me her number to contact her personally which is .Well Friday came there was no call . I called Kenntai on her cell phone and she promised that her supervisor would be in touch with me to either give me a refund of $250.00 or cash app me $250.00. To no avail I have not heard from Kenntai or her supervisor and I would like my refund of $250.00.
