Review: Allegations of Review: 1) [redacted] failed to conduct tax preparation services that she committed to completing. 2) [redacted] failed to respond to client emails and phone calls to discuss tax preparation. 3) [redacted] failed to return tax preparation documents to clients after services were not rendered. Details: We sent our tax documents to [redacted] by certified mail and received documentation that she received these materials. She communicated that she would prepare our taxes. We called and emailed her several times and she did not communicate when she would complete our taxes. Once the tax deadline passed, we requested all of our tax materials be returned to us and never received them. We sent a certified letter by mail requesting delivery our materials. We received documentation that [redacted] confirmed receipt of our request, but she has not delivered our materials, nor has she apologized for not rendering services she committed to completing.Desired Settlement: We request that [redacted] return our tax documents to us and apologize for not completing our taxes, despite stating that she would render services to us.
