I had this lady do our taxes for at least past three or four years and she had all of our information and forms. There was suppose to be an amended 2010 tax form sent for the state of NC (which we are now paying on because it was never sent and we can't get in touch with her). She had won the lottery and I had contacted her once while she was on a cruise and she said she would call me so I could pick up paperwork. Never got a call. So I kept going by her business and there was mail everywhere on the floor so I knew she was going into her business. Then one day I went by and tried to see if she was there and everything (even down to furniture) was gone and all phone numbers were changed. I contacted her family and asked them to please have her contact me and no calls at all. I had her family's home phone, her cell phone and work phone. I would love to be able to get all of my paper work from her including 2010 amended form. I do not know what to tell anyone for this year because she kept everything and now there is no way to get any of this back. I feel that she has done me an injustice as a customer by not at least returning calls or forms that were to be faxed to the NC amended tax return section plus all of our personal information being left with her. Now we have no way of getting any of this back. I have tried to find out if she was relocating anywhere within the state of North Carolina but to no avail. Please please help me so I can get this amended return and all of my other paper work. No one wants their information just stored away or being put somewhere so that others can see this information.
