Tax Refund Express

I went to this Tax preparation office to get a quote. Jazmin told me how much will be my refund but it looked too high to be true so I told her if I'm interested I will come back. When I got home I noticed they did not give me the documents I signed. She gave me a checklist that stated false information such as I have a business, business expenses, car expenses, etc. She also filled out with my name a bank consent that I declined in the office. I also noticed that she filled out the forms under the name of Dianira *** instead of Jazmin. I call Jazmin to tell her that I was not agree with all these so I don't want their service. She told me she already submitted my 1040 and I'll received my refund within 15 days. I told her that they can't push me to get their services and asked to cancel it. She declined. I went to another tax service office. The amount was significant lower so I asked Jazmin to stop her submission and she declined again. She never offered to do an amendment. I insisted that I don't want their services and I was not agree with that information. I stated her that I have the right to have a copy of the forms she submitted. She said they don't provide a copy because the client does not needed it and the information was credible so no one will audit me. I stayed firm that I don't want their service. She never care and got the refund and took a portion of it. I submitted the correct 1040 form and called the IRS. They said they will review the amendment and I will need to return the money including the portion they got. I asked her to reverse the transaction but nothing so far. This means that I will have to pay that money back to the IRS out pocket. This amount is higher than my refund. It is not fair that they pushed me, filled out the forms with false information, put my name in a consent without my knowledge and act against my decision of not use their services. I'm attaching a more detailed letter.
