understand. We just spoke with him again via email.!! He will not respond to our several calls, and many since Friday!! We can't even leave messages! His July payment rejected, so he has paid us $2100 out of $3750 owed.
 
Here is the email we just got after the first complaint... At this point we may have to drop the case and revoke the POA due to breach of contract. These accusations are groundless.

First off, thank you for communicating with me. I thought that I have forwarded documents showing the $200 monthly judgement. It was ordered by the court of Hawaii that I should pay this amount as a restitution for the $67,000 I owed for a case filed against me in Dec 2011. And I believed I included my probation papers showing the $200 payment as a restitution. Should you need me to send a copy of that document, I'll be glad to. But like I said I believed I included that to the documents I sent you.
 
And as per the $292 free income, per our phone con, I believed that I have explained that you that it is not the case due to the increased of food allowance and transportation expenses which about just eat it all.
 
What is 80 percent of 2700. I tried to figure it out. 350*7=2450. Isn't that about 80 percent?
 
I am fully aware of your company's excellent record in helping people like me. A lot of company like yours has been trying to call me and wanting me to work with them telling that their company can do a lot better. I stayed with you guys cause I believed we can work together in resolving this case of mine. I was just disappointed when I haven't heard from you guys office. I even tried to call more than once.  Anyways, let' s get this case moving forward and hopefully we can come out with some beneficial outcome for me.

Review: On January 8, 2014, I entered into an agreement with this company to help me with my Tax Problems with IRS. Mr. [redacted] then e-mailed me all the necessary documents allowing them to represent me in the case. In the ensuing documents, it stated what I could expect from the Company 8 reasons in my choosing them. One said expectations, and I quote, "Removal or decrease any Levies or Wage Garnishment". Approximately seven (7) months later, nothing has been done. Furthermore, I tried to contact this company through the Tel # provided but I have not gotten any response whatsoever. This made me think that this company is a scam. Presently, I have not have any communication with this Company in my effort to find out what is the status of my account.Desired Settlement: I need to be informed on what is going on with the account. An e-mail, phone call will be appreciated. And need to find out what is the decision made or action been done on the removal of the levy.

Review: When I contacted Tax Relief 4 America they informed me that for a fee of $3,500 they would handle my tax issues and get it resolved by lower my tax amount due, [redacted] guaranteed it. Fast forward to when they received a reply from the IRS saying it was not accepted, now Mr. Tony Russo and his associates claim I must pay them an additional $300 in order for them to proceed with my case and get it resolved, even though we already had a contract which stated it would be a flat fee of $3,500. Since I asked [redacted] to please provide a superior on the phone he had no reply and I have not heard from him since.Desired Settlement: I would them to provide the service they said they would for the amount agreed.

In April 2012, Ms. Alonso hired us to prepare an offer in compromise for her $43,000+ back taxes owed to IRS for 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 taxes. In the original interview client stated total household income was $5800 per month. Client also stated that her husband is a stroke victim and can't speak. She qualifies for an OIC under the IRS ETA provisions (special circumstances). We prepared the offer in compromise and sent it to her and she filed it correctly via mail.
