Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business...

in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have replied  every time I was asked for information.  My last email to them  April 9th 2014 I enclosed All documents that they were requesting from me.  I have kept all my correspondence with them as I paid them 700.00 to perform a service.  I received an email on 01-29-2015, with apologies and a promise to contact me within 7 days.  I have called the new number enclosed in the email but still have had not other contact and no one answers the phone.  THIS ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED.
Regards,
[redacted]

Client was contacted on many different occasions to send over documents that were needed to continue her resolution... She was notified via phone and e-mail that there were pending documents. She was never responsive.

Review: Repeatedly I receive emails from this business THREATENING me that they're going to place a "lein against my home, garnish my wages, and levy my bank accounts"... I don't OWE the IRS. If I owed the IRS don't you think the IRS would come after me and do all of the above? I've tried to unsubscribe from their emails and it won't allow me. These emails are very upsetting and I want them STOPPED NOW. I've called several times and all I get is a "sorry Ms Feddon". Then the next month there's another email, fraud is fraud. Taking someone's money threats and threatening someone livelihood is NO JOKE...just because you can!!!!Desired Settlement: I want an apology thru email, a letter of apology and the business to stop harrassing me ASAP...they need to be held accountable for their actions immediately. This is funny in any way shape or form. As a single mom who makes less than 24, 000 and lives paycheck to paycheck I pay my bills I don't need some big dog threatening to take away what I work so hard to KEEP...this kind of business needs to be accountable for something and answering to someone!!!

Review: I paid $1000 to have Tax Relief Services work out a deal with the IRS to lower my tax amount that I owed. This could have been by removing or lowering interest and penalties. [redacted] told me that he was working on getting me a "hardship". He stated and sent me a letter confirming that my (2013) tax return would $0 out my tax debt with the IRS. I still have this confirmation letter stating: "This letter is to inform you that we have resolved your case by preparing your tax returns and allowing your refunds to $0 out your balance with the IRS." In July, I received a notification that I still owe $1,642 to the IRS, which means I got zero deductions as I was promised by [redacted]. (My tax return was $4,220 which left the balance of over $1,600, which should have been $0). I was very surprised to see that I still had a balance and called the IRS to let them know they made a mistake. It wasn't their mistake. I was blatantly lied to. So now, I get to pay off the remaining balance that should have been $0'd out, and paid $1,000 for "representation". I contacted Tax Relief Servicing and spoke with [redacted]. She said that she would contact the IRS and see what happened. She was able to make a payment arrangement. She did what she could, no complaint with her as this was not her fault. Today, Oct 14, 2014, I spoke to [redacted] H. [redacted] informed me that this was a "mistake" and [redacted] no longer works there. A payment arrangement is already in progress, that Tax Relief Servicing is doing their job, and no guarantees are granted when initially requesting their services. I informed her I have the letter stating my tax return was to "zero" out my balance with the IRS to start fresh. This document (letter) is also a "mistake", said. She stated a letter could be sent to me saying I have $10 million in the bank but that doesn't mean it's legit. So, this letter isn't legit, coming from their company with their resolution? The $10 million analogy was a poor choice to use,Desired Settlement: I would like Tax Relief Servicing to zero out my balance with the IRS. I still owe $1,642 or so (plus or minus a few dollars or cents as of today, Oct 14, 2014). This is certainly over the $1,000 I paid them; however, it is poor business practice to lie to their customers. This was not a "mistake" as I was advised by [redacted] H at Tax Relief Servicing (TRS); it was a deliberate lie by a former employee . I was expecting a $0 balance with the IRS since that is what I was advised/promised. My letter states this, dated March 27, 2014. [redacted] verbally confirmed this while he was still an employee there, too. A payment arrangement is not acceptable as a solution; I could have done this myself and received the same results, saving me the $1,000. I chose to pay Tax Relief Servicing since I may not have gotten penalties or interest reduced or worked out a "hardship" like Tax Relief Servicing could have. Even receiving my $1,000 back would not be sufficient, but is expected.

Review: I have paid Tax Relief Servicing $695.00 and to date they have not provided any resolution on the outstanding issue. I have not received and follow up information nor updates for over 5 months(August 2014). All the phone numbers I have from prior emails and their online web page just ring with no answer. My emails have not been returned.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I paid in good faith and have not received any resolution.

Review: The Tax Relief Servicing, Inc. in Anaheim, CA is so unprofessional and has out right lied about the services that they supply. They promise to provide legal assistance with tax relief, but they don't conduct themselves as professionals. They have just taken our money and have not done what they promised. They state that for any reason they guarantee 100% satisfaction or your money back. When we've called to talk to them about this they keep saying that they are going to call us back after they look at our file, but they never call back. We have talked to multiple people who claim to be the manager, but they don't have the authority of a manager. We have paid them over $3000 to negotiate a payment settlement with the IRS and the State. As we continued to receive threatening notices from the IRS and the State we decided to call ourselves to workout our own payment settlement because Tax Relief Servicing didn't. Tax Relief Servicing said that we had to pay the State $1000 a month, we talked the State and got a $475 a month payment. Why did we need them! We want our money back. Tax Relief Servicing operates like a company about to go out of business.Desired Settlement: We want the $3200 we paid them for services.

I paid the tax relief servicing $1500 to do my taxes and to settle with IRS and the state of NC. They are no longer in business and I didn't receive a phone email or letter statedthat they was going out of business. The company is a scam.
