To whom it may concern, This letter is our Firm’s formal response to the above stated Case number*** *** started working with our firm on November 30th when he initially signed up for our service to investigate his current tax situation with the IRS. We performed this service by
filling a Power of attorney form with the IRS which gave us permission to speak with the IRS on behalf of the customer, we then received all information pertaining to the customer’s case from the IRS and analyzed the customer’s Financial information provided by the customer and proposed a resolution to the customer The resolution is an additional service which the customer is not obligated to proceed withAt this point we have fully fulfilled the agreed upon service as stated in the Engagement Letter signed by the customer (Attached), where it clearly states the scope of the services that we were contracted to provide: Please let me know if you need anything elseThanks, Ira F** Tax Resolutions, LLC

we would discuss our findings and provide a recommendation. We have filed a Power of attorney form, received all information from the IRS, analyzed the customer's Financial information provided by the customer and proposed a resolution for the customerWe have also re-evaluated the customer's income on multiple occasions as the customer was unhappy with the resolution and stated he doesn't earn what his paystubs showAll financial information has to be documented in order to qualify for assistance programs offered by the IRS and since the customer earns more than what he stated the only program he qualified for was a streamline installment agreementUnfortunately the program that the customer wants he doesn't qualify for.At this point we have fully fulfilled the agreed upon service and have earned our fee in fullThe resolution phase of our program is optional and the customer is not obligated to proceed.I'm attaching the following exhibits:Electronically Signed engagement letter by the customer sent to customers email address showing the service we would be providing dated 1/30/2015Please let me know if I can be of further assistance in this matter.Best regards,Valentin M
