This problem was first brought to my attention on 3/7. The clients accountant called 3/9 and the return have been sent to the client. There was a delay as our staff never received a depreciation report, which is a vital part to a tax return. We have resolved this issue with the client to the best of...
our ability. At this point theres no a refund possible as Tax Sentry never charges the client. There has been no payments between Tax Sentry and the client directly.
