I paid 3k upfront because of promises they made during their sales calls that they straight up tell me now was a lie because they dont do any of these things. It takes me weeks of phone tag and emails to get anyone on the phone. or even a response to my email.
They do not care about their consumers this is borderline a scam. I paid 3k upfront just to continuie paying my old CPA to do my quarterly taxes and give me strategy because these guys wont even answer me after they took my money.
This is by far the worst tax service I have ever encountered. I have been through my taxes with my preparer page by page 2 times and about to start the third when I noticed that he STILL did not have my filing status correct. If he can't get that right, what hope is there? Head of household, no single, how hard is that? I have gone over it with him in detail every time we talked. Our most recent conversation he forgot to redo my taxes for 6 weeks. After 4 weeks, I started calling and reminding him, but was told by Pat, a woman who truly does not listen, that I already had the corrected version. I assured her I did not, so she redated the cover page and sent me the old one again! Seriously? This place is ridiculous. I am trying to get my money back but so far I can only reach Pat. HA! All I can say is - Buyer beware. I have spent about $1700 for nothing but wasted time...
