I moved about hours away and waited for the rest of my deposit back (about $900)Not only did the landlord and tenant not pitch in, they charged me for things I should never have been charged forI put a new AC filter in (as I did each month), but I was charged for oneI was also charged for cleaning even though we spent a week scrubbing the place top to bottom(Anyone who knows me, knows I'm a neat freak.) I wouldn't trust [redacted] or Palm Realty to lease a home to anyoneThey WILL take your full deposit when you move
