Per Your Request, attached, please find signed Fixed Fee Agreement indicating IRS & FTB representationAlso, signed payment slip from client along with paid invoices for income tax prepararation As she was an independent contractor (model/actress), she was issued 1099-MISC income for her services by various sourcesTruly Yours, [redacted]

The IRS, recently sent me a Lien notice and since that time, I've been receiving unsolicited notices from tax companies I nor the IRS ask for their services When I asked the Tax Solutions Group to take my name off of their mailing list or delete from the database, I was told they could not since they received my name off of an IRS list Not sure why that is not possible I did not ask for their services nor did the IRS To think that a random company can just send junk/unsolicited mail is unacceptable but to not delete my name from their system as a request to a customer is not clear to me

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Perhaps I am not being concise in my reasons for complaint;
I felt mislead when I was told what services would be provided from beginning to endI felt bullied when I was receiving calls every other day from *** concerning more payments(when I had explained in the beginning it would take me some time.)
I felt abandoned, when Tax Solutions group received payment for all the years, they stopped returning my calls in a timely mannerI would need to call repeatedly for a response and leave multiple messagesConcerning, why they weren't doing an Offer and compromise, what is a non collectable status, what does that mean for me, how does it work, etcIncluding a hard copies of my returns, all of those concerns were a constant battle to get a response on.
I am upset with there "system" in which they file older years before current years, it seems common sense to file years that have yet to incure penalties and fees, saving the costumer from more headache and heartacheAKA I understand that Tax Solutions Group doesn't do City TaxIt was the manner in which they ignored me and then responded with one sentenceA good company would have had some advice, a referral to another company that might handle city Tax, or at least provide the costumer with the information she requested so she CAN fill out and turn in said City Business Tax FormsI am also upset in their responses through Revdex.comClaiming I had money and refused to pay? And that I am complaining simply because they don't do city taxI obviously have been having trouble with Tax Solutions Group since the beginning.
I am now concerned, because I was told that as long as I file the next years on time and correctly, that I am safe from the IRS and StateBecause of my Non Collectable StatusBut when I was reading Tax Solutions Group response, it appears I am only in that state temporarily (year) That is not what was told to me when they explained what they had done for meSo I am curious to see if this is all going to resurface in another few months

AKA 20135. I understand that Tax Solutions Group doesn't do City Tax. It was the manner in which they ignored me and then responded with one sentence. We did not advise on LA Business Tax. Contract stipulates IRS and FTB only.  When I advised Ms. [redacted] we do not handle LA Business Tax and to follow directions on City of Los Angeles Form sent to her, she immediately contacted Revdex.com to complain. We have shown work accomplished, levies released, back returns prepared greatly lowering tax assessments and stopping IRS from collection process according to Contract.  She is not under collection action from either IRS or FTB. Realize, her income sources were LEVIED by IRS and FTB until we obtained release.
Fees paid are not in dispute.  Our truthful advise to follow instructions on City of LA Business Tax Letter got her upset.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted],...

and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First of all, I told them after I paid the 1,500 down it would take me some time to save the $2,400 for the filing of the returns. I paid them as soon as I had the money, they claim in this response email that I "had" money to file 2013 but choose not to. That is a lie. I paid 2013 as soon as I had money that didn't need to pay rent.
I had informed them it would take time to save for the returns. [redacted] called me for the next 2 months 1-3 times a week. Like a creditor, hounding me for the next payments... even though I explained as soon as I had it I would pay it. I needed up having to call [redacted] and explain to him I would want a FULL refund if [redacted]s harassing phone calls didn't stop. So he finally did stop calling daily.
They said I never got them the Financial Packet they needed. (9/22/14) I was told that until I had paid them all the money they couldn't use it anyway. So I was advised not to fill it out, but to focus on finding money to pay them.
Also they said they had 4,000 released (9/22/14) I never saw that money come back to me.
ALSO [redacted] when telling me what the 1,500 down in the first place, I asked him to explain what that included. He explained to me what Offer and Compromise was, insinuating that it was included in that initial 1,500 down. (4/21/15) I get an email saying that they needed more money to finish what they had started and that the Offer and Compromise was a separate thing. I was totally shocked and upset. So I emailed, and called their offices asking for answers. [redacted] was vey rude to me, saying that that isn't what he said at all. Hanging up on me. Which is why on (5/6/2015) When Jonathan finally called me back (after multiple calls and emails) I thanked him for calling and explaining to me what 'non collectable' meant, and what was going on. And thanked him for "talking me off the ledge" Because I was BLOWN OFF.
Also concerning the 10/16/2015 paragraph. I had to request my copies of all the years multiple time. That is not a lie. I was hoodwinked when signing up with them through [redacted], misleading me. They have been VERY uncommunicative as soon as they received all my payments they suddenly were unavailable for phone calls. When signing up with them [redacted] assured me they would handle all my tax problems. Total lie. Also this "Contract" that he mentions I have yet to see. I signed the debt receipt I never signed another contract.
Also I took issue with them, because they filed my years latest to newest, and since they did it this way they incurred more fees and penalties for 2013. I called them to ask why they hadn't filed 2013 using the money I had already given them, they said they don't look at due dates they just file in order. That is a bad policy.
3/3/1025 I finally paid. Yeah, because I finally had the money. I don't understand why they would be so pompous and rude even in this response. I paid as soon as I had extra money. I barely make enough to pay my rent and buy groceries and a metro pass. I was not holding out on them, I was saving my pennies. But I finally paid. GROSS.
They told me that they do HUNDREDS of 1099 for actors and models in LA, and yet they had no idea about the business tax? They acted like they know the ins and outs of what I was going through, and yet someone here I am back to square one facing levys and liens. This time from the CITY, They should write on their website that they do not handle Property, county or city tax. Because you would never know that until you ask them for help.
Also they didn't just tell me they don't do business tax, they blew me off for over a week, there is a deadline and I NEED information from the to complete these city forms. I asked them to tell me what my GROSS RECEIPTS were for the years 2007-13 (they years they filed) and they have still not answered my questions they blew me off for a week, then responded with one sentence. "WE don't do city tax" regrets, Jonathan.
They are liars, they are money hungry, and they are rude. I have never filed a Revdex.com complaint before, but I felt like I should trust them because they had a high Revdex.com rating and yelp rating. I do not believe they deserve this high rating. I wish I would have gone with another more honest and forthright company.
