Tax Strategies

Review: My wife and I submitted our tax documents to Tax Strategies 4 weeks ago so we could file our taxes. They verified receipt of our documents via telephone, and told us it would take about 3 days to get them processed. My wife called around day 5 and they said the tax specialist handling our taxes had appointments all day and would call back as soon as she can. 1 week later my wife called again and was told the same thing. So to sum it up they have been telling us that for the past 4 weeks. This past Sunday they contacted my wife and said they would be finished with our file on Monday morning. Monday evening they called again and told her they would be finished Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning they called my wife and told her they would be finished Tuesday afternoon. Well its currently Tuesday evening 8:40PM and we still haven't heard anything. The tax "professional" we have been having this issue with is Norma. I'm not sure what her last name is.Desired Settlement: I want my taxes filed. Then I want a sincere apology from Norma.
