All fees were plainly explained and listed on all paperwork signed by [redacted]. Attachments of all paperwork were included with my previous response. The decision to not pay upfront , but to extract fees were obviously evident by the numerous signatures made by [redacted]- not just at time of services, but at the time her check was picked up. Please refer to paperwork attached. As stated before, fees for an individual efile with direct deposit is $139.99- but this was a business return due to the Schedule C filed which could of been $164.99 if paid up front. This case is black and white. The goodwill gesture of a Gift Certificate for the difference in fees seems to be a more than fair resolution.

It is the client that determines what dependents, income, and expenses to include on their returns. We merely take the information that they provide us when filing their taxes. Clients look over the return, and sign off as to the accuracy and completeness before it is eFiled I have attached the Customer Data Sheet that [redacted] filled out that includes 2 Children ([redacted] [redacted]r) as dependents, and living with her 12 months of the 2016 year. Those children were both included in [redacted] return as requested. As you can see, it is another cut and dry situation as are the fees that are being squabbled about without merit. * Our decision has been made on this matter, and we feel that we have been more than fair- we stand by our original decision of resolution.
