This clients contact information changed before his state refund was deposited into the bank product, which is the third party bank the company use to print check. There were several attempts to reach the client by phone and a letter mailed to his address, regarding picking up his check after it was...

I can assure this client have not received his check only because we could not contact him but when situations as such happens the check remains in the office until it expires in a period of 90 days and it is voided. The client can contact the bank , [redacted] to have the check reissued and mailed to him at his earliest convince.

Review: I used Tax Time with a strong recomedation from a friend of mine and Tax Time really messed up my tax returns to the point that now I owe over 2500.00 to the Pa Dept Of Revenue. I called them a couple of times to try and help me out of this mess and as I talk to them they seem like they want to help, however they just let things go and have not helped me out at all to this date so they doubletalk me and lie.Desired Settlement: I am in the process of talking this matter over with an attorney as I believe they were fraudulent in their practice of miscalculation and not standing behind their services and to blatenly lie to me is a sham and not a good way to do business. I would love not only a refund of what I paid them of $295.00 but would love for them to pay in whole for their mistake and cover my losses but I don`t think that would happen???
