Tax Town

Review: last year I [redacted], submitted information to tax town, regarding my 2012 income tax, made several calls requesting the status of my case, was always told someone would call back, which never happen. I received a notice again from the irs, which made me call tax town again to check on the status of my case, on 3/3/2015, I spoke with [redacted] the person who was supposed to be handling my case, stated she had to look for my document's that where submitted last year and she would call me back, which she never did. on 3/5/15 noified [redacted] to see if she came across my documents, stated she did not have time to look for them, she was in the middle of tax season, I told her my documents where submitted since last year. stated she understands.Desired Settlement: my documents includes. 2012 IRS papers, 2012 bank statements, which they requested, and w-2 from 2012. would like them to find my documents and return them please.
