Mr***,
We completed your taxes however, the delay in filing was due
to you not signing page two of the tax return, which Mr*** and his admin
requested repeatedlyThen the return
was rejected because one of the dependents was claimed by someone else which we
were not
told someone else was claiming.
Once this was fixed your return was filed and there were no penalties on
this tax return
In response to
payment plan we had a payment plan in place and as Mr*** told you that you
would be receiving a letter from the *** to be signed. This letter was sent certified and you
ignored the certified letter sent by the ***.
Clients refusal to pick up certified letter from the *** even though we
had the $payment plan in place lea to the breaking of the established
payment planMr*** had another 433d sent to Client for him to sign left
several messages to find the status of 433d which needed to be signed and faxed
inMr*** did call Mr*** on
March 30th after receiving the 433D and was told to sign and fax the
document into the *** *** *** which at that point if MR *** had
followed through the Payment plan would have been establishedHis failure to
follow through was his choice at that point.
Our engagement of having a payment plan for him was complete. We did not have a never ending engagement for
him we completed everything that the client paid for, unfortunately as is
always required client must do his part in following through with task required
by the ***We were complete with this engagement in April 2016. On June 1st Mr ***, notified Mr*** that the *** did not debit his account for the payment plan and Mr*** notified client that he broke the payment plan by not sending in required signed forms as required and that he would have to engage us again to set up a new plan. We have offered to work out a new plan for those taxes at cost, even though he did not follow through with his obligations. Also per the *** Revenue officer there are current taxes for 3rd quarter outstanding and not paid.
Mr***’s Engagement did not include penalty abatement
it was strictly for filing taxes which we did and payment plan for your 940/
taxes due at the time of our engagement on August 20th 2015, which
we completed as well
