Our office sent Ms [redacted] several email to see if we could work out trying to get her original location that she requested She never responded to [redacted] email if she wanted us to try Even though we had a signed contract that states no refunds we will refund her money in full I personally called her and she just wants her money back I will be sending a refund back to her credit card
