Attached is the letter we provided to their office *** claims to have had multiple problems with his rental unit, yet he obtained the rental for the full term Furthermore, all complaints were proven inaccurate on *** The list he provided to your office is exceeding the original complaint(s) to our office nor has *** provided any type of receipts for out of pocket expenses he also claimsThe rental period was from 10/02-10/with a total cost of $4,326.39, which includes a deposit of $returned to the customer upon return of the unit and processI returned $of the deposit, minus $for going over the allotted miles, which is standard procedure
We are a reputable business who usually deals with customers who are planning a recreational or business tripWe wish to provide our customers with a happy engaging relationshipClassic Adventure customers are usually annual renters or new customers referred by our annual customersWe take our customer appreciation serious and do not appreciate such slander
We hope this matter can be solved at the earliest convenience with no further dispute from either party

Attached is the letter we provided to their office. [redacted] claims to have had multiple problems with his rental unit, yet he obtained the rental for the full term. Furthermore, all complaints were proven inaccurate on [redacted]. The list he provided to your office is exceeding the original complaint(s) to our office. nor has [redacted] provided any type of receipts for out of pocket expenses he also claims. The rental period was from 10/02-10/16 2015 with a total cost of $4,326.39, which includes a deposit of $500.00 returned to the customer upon return of the unit and process. I returned $414.71 of the deposit, minus $85.29 for going over the allotted miles, which is standard procedure.
We are a reputable business who usually deals with customers who are planning a recreational or business trip. We wish to provide our customers with a happy engaging relationship. Classic Adventure customers are usually annual renters or new customers referred by our annual customers. We take our customer appreciation serious and do not appreciate such slander.
We hope this matter can be solved at the earliest convenience with no further dispute from either party.

I submitted 9 document to describe the issue, including all receipts and corroborating statements from witnesses.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Obviously I have evidence to show what the request was.  If you would like a notarized affidavit from [redacted] at [redacted] showing that we required, and you were aware, of the fact that we needed a CPA signature then we will provide one.  You have NO EVIDENCE that [redacted] presented herself as a representative with [redacted] and you yourself spoke with her for 15 minutes on the telephone before telling her that you were not obligated to speak to her since she wasn't a client of yours.  As for a formal complaint from [redacted], this complaint with the Revdex.com serves as the formal complaint.

This is not an accurate account of  what was originally presented to our tax office.  We will forward the compliant to our legal representative and he will advise us accordingly.Original request was for copies of income tax returns Form 1040 and Schedule C  preparation only....

 Subsequent requests were added such as a Profit & Loss Statement.  Additional request were also added later such as Balance Sheet.  Requests for revisions were presented on two additional unscheduled visits by [redacted] with updated fianancial information.   Later, a CPA letter was requested by [redacted].[redacted] representative [redacted]  then called for a CPA signature.  Client was advised at that time that a CPA was not available for a signature.  Client was advised that Audit/Compilations are not prepared by our tax prep office.  Complaint from client was never received and [redacted] did not  call to complain.Client did not call our office.   An unauthorized person, [redacted] called stating that she was calling on behalf of [redacted] and wanted a refund for Profit/Loss Statement and Balance Sheet.[redacted] also stated that [redacted] would not be returning to the office for any tax prep or future services.   [redacted] also indicated that she had made a formal compliant prior to her call to our office.Our office informed [redacted] that she was not authorized to transact and we would need to speak directly to [redacted].  To date we have not received any formal complaint from [redacted].Kiindly have [redacted] contact our office if he personally wishes to resolve this issue.To my knowledge we have no records of any complaints from any clients in 15 years.Best Regards,Edward G[redacted]TaxCheck USA LLC
