[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Mr. [redacted] answer is too vague - he originally stated that repayment would be made within six months.  It has now been almost 9 months.  He also does not address the discrepancy in what is owed.  I would be agreeable to reducing the amount of the refund to $475 (which is close to what it would be if I pursue small claims court) - and that the payment be received in full by October 15, 2016.
