Taxi 7, LLC

I am a student at the University of Louisville. I occasionally use Taxi services from Taxi 7 as transportation off campus. I am displeased with the compact vehicles for carrying luggage. Other students and myself will share a cab to go home on weekends or breaks and there isn't enough room for our bags. The drivers are pleasant enough, but it's still the same amount of money as Yellow cab and Ready cab services (who need higher costs because of gas). It would seem a hybrid vehicle has its intentions in the right place environmentally, but I'm not so sure as a whole this business does. I wasn't impressed by my experience with the company's office staff either when I've called to inquire about other vehicles that can be used. They lacked any customer care skills and humility. I was very disturbed to how they treated some of their staff (cab drivers). I wondered if maybe since the staff had another first language they took advantage of that and felt superior. Overall, I am disappointed with this new business in Louisville. I am not convinced the motives are for a better environment and transportation service, but a way to deceive and make more profit at the expense of a positive cause.
